Making a Phone Patch
• Transmit your intention to make a patch and
release
• Key your mic and enter the patch code and 7
digit telephone number and
then release your PTT.
• ** Patch Code (4X) + XXXXXXX **
• Listen for the repeater’s response **
• If good, continue with patch.
• To terminate the call key your mic and enter
the # key.
• Transmit that your are done with the patch
and ID
** If the patch is disabled: "The
phone patch is offline“
** If the repeater phone line is busy:
"Phone patch Busy“
** If the phone patch is rejected: "Phone
patch dialing error"
** If there is an error in the number:
"Phone patch error“
** If the patch
is good and progressing: "Phone patch dialing“
** If and when the patch is closed:
"Phone patch complete"
